The device is a mid-range offering with a large screen, a Snapdragon 600 series processor, a 48MP triple camera system on the back, and a beefy battery. The Vivo Y51A is essentially a toned-down version of the Vivo Y51, which was launched in India in December last year.

[]Talking about the design first, the new 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant of the Vivo Y51A offers the same design as the earlier 8GB RAM model. The phone has a waterdrop notch above the screen to house the selfie camera. There’s a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security and a square camera module on the top-left corner at the rear, which has the triple primary camera setup.
[]The Vivo Y51A measures 8.38mm around the waist and tips the scale at 188 grams. As for the screen, the smartphone has a 6.58-inch LCD IPS display. The capacitive multi-touch screen has a resolution of 2,408 x 1,080p to provide an immersive media viewing experience. Software-wise, the device boots Funtouch OS 11, which is based on Android 11.
