A woman is suing her former employer for sexual harassment at work. The final straw was a new dress code including mini-skirt Mondays. This is her conflict and a local resource in Washington DC that can help if you’re having similar troubles at work.
According to 44-year-old Trudy Nycole Anderson of Utah, her employer’s schedule included “Mini-skirt Monday,” “Tube-top Tuesday,” “Wet T-shirt Wednesday,” “No bra Thursday” and “Bikini top Friday.” That’s on top of her other complaints about unwanted touching, inappropriate comments and requests for oral sex. The most surprising revelation so far is that Anderson seems to have been putting up with this since September 2007 when she started as office manager at Lone Peak Controls and D&L Electric Control Company.
If these allegations are proven, this would be an extreme case of sexual harassment.
