Ancient Mariner unleashes the full power, performance, and style of a classic Iron Maiden concert. Ranging from the anthemic Flight of Icarus to the virtually unplayed Loneliness Of The Long Distance Runner, Ancient Mariner is the metal tribute not to be missed !!!
So if you weren’t at The Alley, “Sparks #1 heavy metal hang-out”, you missed one awesome show.
These guys came all the way from San Francisco CA. to rock and that is just what they did, It was kinda like seeing Iron Maiden live at a very intimate venue. They had all the moves (even the costumes) and most importantly the chops to pull off a very high energy performance that even the real band would dig.
The set lasted around two hours + and went something like this,
“Aces High”, “The Wicker Man”, “The Prisoner”, “Phantom Of The Opera”, “Flight Of Icarus”, “The Duellists”, “Run To The Hills”, “The Trooper”, “The Clairvoyant”, “Hallowed By Thy Name”, “Wrathchild” and Number Of The Beast”, there were a couple more, but this examiner was so engulfed with the show I forgot to write them down. (my bad) !!!
If you are an Iron Maiden fan, Ancient Mariner is a must see !!!
