One of my favorite things about our super hot, super steamy South Florida summers is our warm, sweet, balmy nights! It seems as though The Spa at PGA has decided to embrace them as well and start throwing parties to keep us all festive and feeling fortunate to live here…all year!
The Spa will be having their first event for “Spa After Dark,” Wednesday, July 20, 2011, from 5:30-8:30pm and will be filling the warm summer night with a “Latin Night” theme to include festivities of sizzling sounds and sensations to ensure a great time for all who attend.
The evening will include enthralling Latin sounds performed live to create and encourage the mood to dance and be free…which leads to the complimentary salsa lessons and Zumba performances provided to keep you well entertained. Hors d’oeuvres will be served to keep you happy and energized for your dancing ambitions and when you’re satisfied there, you can meander about and participate in the various beauty demonstrations.
The Spa will be open and available for guests to explore and discover what they may not have known previously, as well as the opportunity to observe a multitude of demonstrations including hair and eyelash extensions, cellulite treatments, Botox, fillers, facial and lip plumping, sclerotherapy and much more!
This event will also include goody bags of free samples to take home and a silent auction, with a portion of ticket sales benefiting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, encouraging guests to have a fun bidding on exciting opportunities while simultaneously contributing to a great cause. Guests can bid on items including a night to stay at the resort, packages at area restaurants and selections provided by vendors.
Now that you’ve saved the date in your calendar, make sure you complete the steps in saving your spot! Tickets are available for $15 each when you call in advance to register or you can wait until you arrive and pay $20 per person at the door. The entry fee includes hors d’oeuvres and a cocktail.
