Sunshine Thrift Store brightens your heart and your wallet, since it is one of the best thrift shops I have found for thrifty ladies’ fashions and the proceeds are donated to The Children’s Miracle Network. What could possibly be a better combination of goof thrift shopping and good will?
Sunshine Thrift Store is clean, and very well organized. Their selections are extremely large, and it is easy to find the right size and style. Sizes range from 2 (extra small) to 26 ½ (3X), so there is something nice for virtually every figure type.
There are probably over one hundred racks to choose from, all clean, pressed, on hangers, and sorted by size. Sunshine Thrift Store also carried dresses, tanks and camis, shorts and capris, skirts, slacks, jeans, blouses, sweaters, bathing suits, dressy dresses, a bit of formal wear, and lingerie. Occasionally there are racks of brand new clothing with original tags still attached.
Sunshine Thrift Store has now joined my list of favorite haunts for the bargain-conscious shopper on a low budget. It’s a wonderful place with a wonderful selection of quality merchandise. And, when you check out, it feels good to know that some of your money is being donated to the Children’s Miracle Network.
Children’s Miracle Network was established nationally in 1983 to help children by actively supporting improved health care for millions of young people around the world. CMN’s mission is to generate funds and awareness programs for the benefit of children served by its associated hospitals, now numbering more than 170 nationwide.
The shop is located at 3300 Two Notch Road, just north of Dick Smith Ford. Frugalistas, this is a must go and see!
