Dubois vs Dinu: Live streaming results and round by round

Queensberry Promotions

Heavyweight prospect Daniel Dubois returns to action today, looking to rebound from his first career loss as he takes on veteran Bogdan Dinu.

The show will start at 2 pm ET, streaming live for U.S. viewers on FITE PPV (you can buy the show by clicking here) and for U.K. fans on BT Sport 1. We’ll have updates throughout the show, including round-by-round for the Dubois-Dinu main event in this stream:

Dubois, at 23, can still absolutely emerge from prospect to contender, he’s a young heavyweight who lost to a very quality fighter in Joe Joyce, and he’s got a new trainer in Shane McGuigan, too. Dinu, 34, will look to score the biggest win of his career here and stop the comeback before it can even start.

The fight is also, rather ludicrously, for the interim WBA heavyweight title, which doesn’t need to exist for any reason in the first place, but really doesn’t need to exist for this fight.

The rest of the show, to be kind, is not … very good. Tommy Fury is in action, as are some other prospects, with nary a good matchup on paper among the lot. But we’ll be here. Sometimes prospect matchups go sideways, you never know. Also, what the hell, why not? What else am I doing?
