Cincinnati rock fans were feeling rocker Sebastian Bach’s pain as he spoke out on Facebook about the devastation brought to him and his family after hurricane Irene ripped through New Jersey wiping out the Skid Row frontman’s home of 21-years.Bach wrote about his loss on Sunday August 28,2011.
“I am numb, in shock, & devastated to report that my home of 21 years … has been destroyed, condemned, & deemed uninhabitable due to the extreme flooding,” the former Skid Row frontman wrote.
Pieces of Kiss memorabilia, including a pinball machine, and one-of-a-kind Skid Row items were lost in the storm that hit the East Coast over the weekend. “There is one less KISS Sleeping Bag on the planet earth now .”
“How horrible for all the victims of hurricane Irene, mother nature is one cruel ,vicious B**ch. On the upside he only lost material things and not life,still hard to deal with the aftermath,said Melinda T of Cincinnati.
Bach stated that “This has really taught me that the best things in life are indeed ‘free.’ What makes me happy is that my children & ex wife are safe. “My dads (sic) art is unharmed. No one got hurt. My scrapbooks of memories of my life are dry & safe,he added according to the Washington Post.

The home in New Jersey hat was destroyed was a feature on an episode of MTV’s Cribs,and Bach is claiming he will look at this disaster as a chance to move forward in his life and start anew putting his New Jersey past behind him. Sebastian Bach was arrested back in May on possession of marijuana charges and placed in a New Jersey jail as previously reported.
