Bangsukul is the ceremony for the deceased performed by monks, and all who wish to offer merit to deceased relatives should bring the names and photos of the deceased to the temple. Each participant will stay in contact with a ‘meditation buddy’ during the 100 days, committed to sit at home and at the Zendo for one hour of Zazen a day until the end of 2011, totaling 100 hours of practice.
