Grand Casino is the only property in Biloxi owned by the gambling mega giant, Caesars Entertainment. At one time, they planned to expand the Grand into a mega resort with Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville brand. Given Buffett’s popularity in the region and Caesars’ success at managing casinos, this seemed like a perfect fit, until the economic recession of 2008 caused the partnership to dissolve. Caesars still owns a large piece of land across Beach Boulevard from the Grand, but has not developed it.
The Grand boasts a very large gaming area with a high, spacious ceiling and plenty of room between the rows of tables and slots. It offers all the traditional table games: blackjack, craps, roulette, baccarat, and Mississippi Stud, among others. Caesars also provides its slots players with latest machines and the roomiest area to play in Bilox
Being a Caesar’s property, guests at the Grand are treated with quality hospitality and can typically receive discounts and good incentive programs. Players are also frequently eligible for a number of giveaways, including motorcycles and cars. The buffet offers all the traditional favorites, but there is also the steakhouse, Lb’s, and the Asian Bistro Cuu Long Souper Pho.
