LET’S CONTINUE from part 5
Beginning at VERSE 30 in Matthew Chapter 24, we hear of the sign of the Christ coming and the TIME that all tribes of the earth will morn.
After this he gathers His people. This is when we will be caught up in the air to meet Christ. NOTICE: in verse 31, it is the time of the great TRUMPET, the Seventh trumpet. (The time of the FIRST RESURRECTION according to Apostle Paul) and I quote;
I CORINTHIANS CHAPTER 15
50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
51 ¶ Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
If someone told you that you will get your paycheck after the whistle blows 7 times. NOT ONE PERSON HERE (well not likely) would misunderstand. Some people just do not take the Bible that seriously. They somehow deep down think God’s word is less exact, trustworthy or SURE than the word of a FOREMAN or their boss would be.
If this was not correct, that one statement, 7th trumpet, last trumpet, FIRST RESURRECTION happens at that exact point in time, would end all speculation. There is no way to get around these things.
I am trying to not be too long, but I want to be thorough enough to end the matter.
Now, look at the first 6 seals of REVELATION. We see the same things there that Jesus just told his disciples in Matthew 24. Why would it be different, if Christ was right both times?
1st….Apostasy and deception
Here are symbolically pictured dead men, wanting to know from God how long would it be before he exacted REVENGE on those who grievously killed them.
10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?
11 And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellow servants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.
This happened during the INQUISITION and is indicative of all the righteous who have ever been killed by the wicked.
THEY ARE PLAINLY TOLD. That there will be another time of persecution SIMILAR to what they suffered and their Christian brothers WILL GO THROUGH IT and some will be killed. These WILL NOT FEAR. As it is written, “They loved not their own lives, even to the death.” …. Continue to part 7
