Here is a call from the Paper Mill Playhouse in Millburn, considered New Jersey’s premiere regional theater, for Lobby Volunteers to assist house management during performances. Lobby Volunteersshould have a pleasant demeanor and enjoy assisting guests during their time at the theater. Volunteers greet and help seat patrons, hand out and add material to programs, direct customers to front of house facilities, such as concessions, box office, art gallery, and infrared headset devices.
Lobby Volunteers need to arrive at least 45 minutes prior to a performance. Volunteers would remain at Paper Mill Playhouse through the start of the performance and are welcome to stay and watch the show. Lobby Volunteers must be at least sixteen-years-old, have the ability to stand for one-hour and walk up and down stairs.
“This is a wonderful opportunity to see world-class theater and assist this not-for-profit arts institution,” says Bill Fergus, Paper Mill Playhouse House Manager. “With the help of volunteers, Paper Mill Playhouse is able to provide our guests with exceptional customer service.”
Anyone interested in becoming a Paper Mill Playhouse Lobby Volunteer should send an email to email@example.com or visit Paper Mill Playhouse’s website at www.papermill.org for more information.
