WGRZ reported on Thursday that a Brooklyn company was recalling bags of raisins, distributed throughout New York State. The reason was the fact that the raisins may have contained “undeclared sulfites.” May have contained? And what makes a sulfite undeclared?
When will they learn? The people in charge can’t cover up the zombie virus forever. It was a contaminated burger that started the whole thing in Zombieland, so why not a contaminated raisin? The Department of Agriculture and Markets was able to catch it in time, thanks to their sampling of various food products. But how many times do we hear about recalls for peanut butter, fruit, fish, etc? It can’t all be bacteria and e. coli, now can it? Zombie viruses are strange things, and nobody knows where they come from.
One of these days, something will fall through the cracks and the virus will escape into the world. Until then, you better make sure that’s a real tomato you’re eating.
