The 2011 MTV Video Music Awards nominess have been announced, and now, according to a new report, the stars that will be performing at the event this year have been announced — a few at least. Singers Adele, Chris Brown, and rapper Lil Wayne have been revealed to be three of the performers this year. It remains to be seen which other artists will be performing as well.
As MTV News reports, Adele, Chris Brown and Lil Wayne have all been chosen to perform at this year’s awards show. According to the same report, Chris Brown is excited to be performing, and he said: “I am excited about my nominations and to be back on the VMA stage. I have a special performance planned for my wonderful fans.”
There is no doubt that fans are very excited about the performers this year for the show. Adele has had an incredible year so far. The release of her second album, 21, has yielded a huge hit, “Rolling in the Deep.” The song is one of the most loved of the year, and Adele has garnered a large number of fans as a result.
