Weather Outlook for the next 5 days: High pressure has expanded over the region. Drier air has filtered into the forecast area during Saturday…..We have a pleasant Saturday night and Sunday to look forward to. There could be a period of showers late Monday or Monday night as a cold front moves through the forecast area. This will be followed by sunny and warm days on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Expect the mercury to run a bit above normal through this 5 day forecast period. Highs generally in the mid and upper 80’s through Wednesday, except slightly cooler along some coastal locations. We could break 90 in a few inland locations on Monday.

Saturday Night: A few clouds this evening. Clear skies overnight, lows 60 to 65 degrees. Winds north 10 to 15 mph, dropping off to less than 10 mph after sunset.
Sunday: Bright sunshine, warm and comfortable. Highs 80 along Cape Ann, low 80’s coast to the mid 80’s elsewhere. Winds northwest at 5 to 10 mph, becoming onshore along the coast.
Sunday Night: Mostly clear early, followed by increasing clouds. Lows around 65. Light variable winds.
Monday and Monday Night: Partly cloudy, chance of scattered showers late in the day or evening. Highs 85 to 90. Lows in the upper 60’s.
Tuesday through Wednesday: Fair skies with a few clouds at times. Highs mid 80’s, slightly cooler on the coast. Overnight lows mid 60’s.
