Clevland bus driver Heather Borman, 29, has filled assault charges against Matthew Fox after he allegedly punched her several times.
According to Borman, Fox punched her several times when she wouldn’t allow him to get on the private party bus she was driving.
Bormann told Clevland.com “He smelled like a liquor cabinet, like a bar,” She went on to say “I told him, ‘Sorry, buddy, this is a private party. You have to get off my vehicle.’ I told him three times. He never said a word. He just looked at me.”
Cleveland prosecutor’s office took photos of the bruises on Bormann’s arms and legs that she says came from the incident with Fox.
Bormmann was treated at the hospital for a wrist injury she received from punching Fox.
Matthew Fox’s representatives have not issued a public statement yet.
