I am a self prescribed ‘foodie’ so when I heard that the Los Angeles Epicurean Festival of 2011 is coming to the Softel LA this Sunday August 28th I couldn’t be happier.
There will be over 500 booths meats, fowl, fish, produce as well as wine, spirits, coffee, teas, oliver oil, organic chocolate from all over the world.
There will be food and wine pairings, live entertainment, mixeology classes and many food demonstrations.
Some of the famous chefs taking part in the festival are: Michael Richard (Chef/Owner of the world famous Citionelle and Central in Washington DC; Josiah Citrin (Chef/Owner of the extraordinary restaurant, Melisse in Santa Monica); Sophia Gayot of Gayot.com/Food Writer and Owner; Frank Savor – Director of Restaurant Operations at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas and Michael Comu – Director of Raymond Vineyards in Napa Valley.

So if you are into food as I am, this is one event…You don’t want to miss.
