Las Vegas Restaurant Week is underway it started August 29 and will continue until September 11, 2011. It has been extended to 2 weeks
Restaurant Week is by Three Square, a local food bank helping to feed the hungry. This is the 5th year for Restaurant Week.
In 2010 there were about 100 restaurants that participated. This year there are over 130. It is wonderful to see all of these restaurants helping the community. Now it is up to everyone else to help too. If you are going out to eat in the next two week why not go to one of the participating restaurants and help our community too. It is very easy just go out to eat at one of the participating restaurants and a portion of the price from the special menus will go to Three Square.
All of the restaurants will have special multi-course or prix fixe menus. Prices are $20.11, $30.11 and $50.11. There are to many restaurants to list all of them. For a list and details: see restaurants. There are participating restaurants on and off the strip and in all parts of Las Vegas so there is something for everyone. Some of the restaurants are in Venetian, Palazzo, Mirage, Mandaly Bay, and off strip Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion (both Locations). This is not all of them.
Just a few examples:
KGB (Kerry’s Gormet Burgers) in Harrah’s Las Vegas is having 3-course Lunch $20.11 and 3-course Dinner $30.11.
Palm Restaurant in Caesars is having 3-course Lunch $30.11 and 4-course Dinner $50.11.
