Yesterday the Amusement Park Drive-in Theatre announced via their Facebook page that Labor Day weekend would be their last for the rides this season. Today they’ve revealed their movie lineup for the holiday weekend. Starting Friday, September 2, 2011 the Drive-in will be showing Winnie the Pooh and Spy Kids 4 on screen one and Conan the Barbarian and Planet of the Apes on screen two.

Conan the Barbarian and Planet of the Apes are both rated PG-13.
While deciding which night to spend watching movies under the stars, keep in mind two things: First, this is the last weekend the rides will run this season, and second, Sunday, September 4, 2011 the Drive-in is having a Labor Day Blowout. This is a dusk ‘til dawn event, offering $10.00 per carload admissions, and $500.00 in prizes to be given away.
Enjoy the last hurrah of the summer this 2011 Labor Day weekend with your family – perhaps by catching the family friendly double features at the drive-in.
