GLENS FALLS, NY – The restaurant space about to be vacated by Wholy Crepe has quickly been snapped up.
Another restaurant operator has leased the 16 Exchange Street space and hopes to open some time in October, building owner Ann Parrish told the Post-Star.
Parrish was quoted as saying she has agreed with the tenant not to release names or information until they are ready to issue a press release.
“I’ll say that they are some old friends coming back downtown and they are very creative and innovative in their food presentation,” Parrish said.
Wholy Crepe’s last day is this Sunday. Go here for my earlier report on that business’s move.
