Starting in August a non-profit organization will be offering free weekly yoga classes each Saturday. The classes will be held at 224 Euclid Ave, inside the old Bang & Clatter Theatre and next to the Cadillac Ranch restaurant downtown. Currently the theatre is vacant and the classes will continue until the owners can find permanent tenants to rent the space. To participate all you will need to bring is some water and your yoga mat. The classes are being instructed by local instructors from all over.
The organization wants to try free different alternatives to help keep residents in the city healthy and to relieve any stress they may have. Since they first started a few weeks ago, the size of the classes has grown tremendously. The organization hopes that after the space is rented they can find another place to hold the classes for free.
More information about the yoga classes can be found at www.facebook.com/east4thandyoga, Twitter: @e4ths and email: email@example.com
Donations are welcome before and after the classes will go to local charities.
All yoga levels are welcome to come alone or with friends and family.
