With several new studies in progress, there seems to be a surge of interest in the role diet and nutrition can play in the progression, and even reversal of multiple sclerosis. During this evening, you will learn about the various dietary theories and the benefits and draw backs of each. Presenter, Laurie Erdman, also discuss how an anti-inflammatory diet can help reverse fatigue and create a thriving life with MS. She will also cover how to best implement an anti-inflammatory diet into a busy lifestyle.
