Newsflash; Arizona headlines read, Linda Ruiz-Rodriguez, 60, placed about 130 calls to 911 between Feb. 18 and July 26, according to Phoenix police. She was arrested Tuesday on 31 counts of false emergency reporting, the number of calls that required a response from emergency personnel. This women now booked in the Maricopa county jail.

- Logic; regarding the calls mentioned above.
- Question; what if she had made 130 calls to the Child Abuse Hotline? We can answer that question with one word, nothing. Why there is no penalty for calling false allegations? Perjury is still illegal is it not? Pulling a fire alarm is prohibited, reporting a crime in progress?
- There are literally thousands of calls to this overused, ill used child abuse hotline. If your spouse wants to get a heads up on the child custody case, it is easy to call into the hotline and say you sexually or physically abuse your child.
If you neighbor does not like you, or thinks because you are a foster parent and your function is causing the real estate values to go down in her beloved neighborhood she just picks up the phone and turns you in for a false child abuse case. Why is this allowed to continue?
Our government needs to intervene in this situation, or is that like bringing the hen to the fox? Can you imagine a call prompting an investigation on a Senator, Congressman, or even the President? That is called selective protection, read our article, links below.

You know there probably has been calls like this, we just never hear of them, however, were they investigated? Can you picture a social worker walks up the White House and brings, of course a policeman with her, informing the President that she is taking the children. Is that a picture or what? Removal on an anonymous call, but it happens to poor people daily all across America.
So, now we are supposed to believe that no famous person is ever reported to the hotline? There has never been a famous person overheard yelling at their spouse, their children, or smacking their child on the backside? Then why is that these hotline calls are not investigated? Is it that it does not make the news?
Why is it that poor people are the only ones who are worthy of the news, why are we the only ones investigated then? Tough questions. Questions you need to ask your Congressman, Senators.
