Located approximately 40 miles north of South Bend, Domaine Berrien Cellars and Winery is hosting a great art festival. Today, Saturday, July 30th from 11am – 7pm, Domaine Berrien’s 7th annual Art, Wine, and Music Festival will take place. It’s a great way to get outside, enjoy some local music, and support our local businesses and artists.
There will be live music all day, featuring: The Art Gomperz Band, Bob’s Garage Band, The Grenadiers, Red Hot Rivet, Bob Flood, Major Trio, The West Virginians, and The Sypian Brothers Band. There will also be a variety of arts and crafts vendors, selling a variety of items such as handwoven baskets, jewelry, fused glass, quilts, garden sculptures, tie-dyes, pottery, watercolors, and photography. You never know what you’ll find!
Admission and parking is free, and wine tastings are offered at no cost in Domaine Berrien’s wine room! Domaine specializes in all kinds of wine, and their selection is excellent. If you are a wine connoisseur (or even if you aren’t) you will be sure to find something you like!
There will be raffles throughout the day, prizes coming from many local businesses such as The Sandpiper Inn, Bixby Orchards, Sportfishing Charters and gift certificates for use the day of the event at the many art venues present.
Come on out and enjoy the fun in the vineyards! It looks like the weather is perfect for a day at the winery, listening to some great music and relaxing on a Saturday!
Domaine Berrien Cellars is located at 398 E. Lemon Creek Road (just a mile east of Baroda). If you have questions, please call 269-473-9463 or check out their website to get directions.
