1 cup mixed greens/legumes
1 slice lemon

5 ice cubes

2 cups juice (pineapple, mango, or papaya) or chamomile tea
½ cup cucumber
½ cup celery
½ cup parsley
1 tsp ginger
1 small slice lemon
½ cup kale
5 ice cubes
