Flying through the tree tops on a zip line is a fun activity that you
can usually find only in a resort area like St Martin or Costa Rica, but
luckily now one have been built close to home! Recently the Callaway
Gardens Resort installed a outdoor challenge course, so you can save all
that airplane money and skip the hassle of flying and take a short car
trip to Pine Mountain, Georgia. And for all active and retired military
members with proper ID, admission into the Gardens is FREE, but call the
numbers below for full details. But remember that with free admission ,
there are some small fees for some of the activities .
Take your love of adventure and nature to brand new heights to the new
Tree Top Adventure, where you can climb, leap, swing and whizz your way
through a dizzying course of zip-lines, swinging bridges, nets, logs and
other aerial challenges in the natural forest. The course is built with
20 rope challenges in the tree tops and has five short zip lines, the
longest being about 75 yards. All the challenges are fun! Some are
fairly easy to do,some are tricky to navigate and some might be
considered hard to complete, depending upon your physical ability, but
all are a blast! The tree top adventure starts with a short orientation
session with Callaway staff , who show you how to use the required
safety equipment. Although the tree top challenges are 10-15 feet off
the ground, you are always connected to a steel safety cable, so you
can’t fall if you follow the rules!All participants must sign a waiver
of liability before completing the course.
The regular price is $30 per person to do the course. But if you pay
48.00 for the summer fun package with over night accommodations at the
Mountain Inn, staring at 99.00, this is an all inclusive fee for ALL the
activities below. Note for the tree top adventure: Closed-toe, secure
footwear is required – no sandals, flip-flops, Crocs, etc. and a min

Golf is a big attraction at Callaway Gardens. Callaway Gardens’ founder,

Gardens’ original course. It features rolling, tree-lined fairways and
