Bravo is planning to air a suicide special on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills that will address Russell Armstrong’s death by way of some of the cast members. His wife (and cast member), Taylor, will not be a part of the special, which has not yet been confirmed by Bravo, and has not received an air date.
There is some chatter about the Housewives sitting down with Andy Cohen for a one-hour special, but the “suicide” special may come in the form of a documentary instead. It is going to be difficult for Bravo to choose which route to take—if any—as they do not want to capitalize on Armstrong’s death but at the same time, they have an obligation (to an extent) to their viewers. If they do something tasteful that honors Armstrong, it will be their best bet.
According to sources, Housewives Lisa Vanderpump, Kim and Kyle Richards, Adrienne Maloof, and Camille Grammer are all going to take part in the so-called “suicide special.” Armstrong committed suicide two weeks ago, and was found hanged in his home.
