Beyonce’s sexy new video ‘1+1’ wan’t the only thing she premiered recently. At Sunday night’s MTV Video Music Awards, Beyonce premiered a baby bump, as well.
In true ‘Sasha Fierce’ style, Beyonce walked the pre-VMAs red carpet in a flowing red gown that showed off not only her glow, but her growing baby bump.
Taking the stage later in the evening to sing her hit ‘Love on Top’, she said, “I want you to feel the love growing inside of me.” At song’s end Beyonce unsnapped her vest and revealed her baby bump for the whole world to see.
Beyonce, 29, and husband of almost 4 years Jay-Z, 41, are expecting their first child, due in February 2012.

It should come as no surprise to fans that the Jay-Z and Beyonce’s baby news was a pretty well kept secret. The couple, who wed in a super secret ceremony in 2007, have kept mum about their life together, rarely speaking publically about their relationship. Best friend and former Destiny’s Child bandmate Kelly Rowland knew the baby scoop before the big Video Music Awards reveal.

Rowland told HollyBaby.com:
“I have known for quite a while. She’s happy and Jay is happy and that’s all that counts!”
Rowland also commented on Jay-Z’s excitement over being a dad and commented on Beyonce likely being “an incredible mother,” adding,
“She’s always been motherly. I think that she takes after so many traits from her mother. And I just think its going to be so natural for her. Its natural for her now. I can’t even believe this, to this day!”
Reportedly, Jay-Z and Beyonce have already talked about baby names and already know the sex of the baby.
