“I’ve always been a Jay-Z groupie.” – Beyonce on “The View.”
Beyonce has been making the media rounds since her latest album “4” dropped last month, and on Thursday, she appeared on the bright yellow couch of “The View.”
During the interview, Beyonce talked about her one year sabbatical from the music industry, saying how much more of life she was able to appreciate when she wasn’t constantly in the studio or on stage.
“I never really thought about how fortunate I was. I was just on to the next project and on to the next day,” she said.
Beyonce also talked about her excitement for the upcoming Clint Eastwood remake of “A Star Is Born,” detailing how charming Eastwood was when she and her mother flew out to meet him.
Later, Beyonce hit the stage, sitting on a piano while she belted out “1+1.” She also performed “Best Thing I Never Had.”
