The Atlanta Gluten-Free Dinner Club is dining at Buckhead Pizza Company in Buford Saturday, September 10th at 5:00pm. Anyone can attend this event by joining the club, which is free, and by signing up to attend.
The purpose of the Atlanta Gluten-Free Dinner Club is to share experience, strength, and laughter with others who enjoy eating out and who follow the gluten-free diet. They meet once a month at a predetermined restaurant to enjoy a gluten-free meal. The club’s organizers scout the location, confirm their gluten-free menu options and schedule the event. All you have to do is RSVP, show up, eat, and pay for your meal.
The gluten-free pizzas at Buckhead Pizza come in personal sizes and are in their own pans. They also prepare the pizzas in a separate area and the toppings that are used are separate from the toppings used for gluten containing menu items. For those of you that are lactose intolerant, they will have dairy-free cheese available, so please indicate if you will need any when RSVPing.
Attending the events organized by the Atlanta Gluten-Free Dinner Club is a great way to meet new people and to try a new restaurant without having to do any of the research. This is a great local service for those of us following the gluten-free diet and one this Examiner has enjoyed partaking in over the years.
Thanks go out to the organizers for all of their hard work!
