The Polk County Crime Examiner brings you the arrest report for Polk County, including Cedartown, Rockmart and Aragon for Wednesday, July 27, 2011. The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed according to the Polk County Jail dockets.

Patricia Denise Alexander, age 45, of Centre, Ala. was arrested by Polk County Sheriff’s deputies and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and 3rd degree cruelty to children. Alexander was released on July 28, 2011 after bonding out on a $1600.00 property bond.
Sandra Sue Dunn, age 44, of Cedartown, Ga. was arrested by Polk County Sheriff’s deputies on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of speeding. Dunn was released same day after paying cash settlement.
Benita Dawn Folsom, age 47, of Cedartown, Ga., is being held at the Polk County jail awaiting court date. See also (01/27/2011) (rolling meth lab) (08/11/2009)
Dylan Shawn Graham Jr, age 17, of McDonough, Ga., was arrested by Polk County Sheriff’s deputies on a warrant out of Henry County. See also (2 arrested Wednesday on child molestation charges)
Bobby Chey Hamilton, age 37, of Rome, Ga., was arrested by Polk County Sheriff’s deputies on a warrant for felony probation violation. See also (12/07/2010 )
Kevin Laron Lattimore, age 37, of is currently being housed at the Polk County Jail for United States Marshals.
Michael Bruce Swanson, age 54, of Aragon, Ga., was re-arrested by Polk County Sheriff’s deputies due to a $3100.00 property bond dropped by Well-Done Bonding on an original charge or criminal trespass and shoplifting. Stan Ivan Todd, age 49, of Cedartown, Ga., was arrested by Polk County police and charged with child molestation, sexual battery, 3rd degree cruelty to children and terroristic threats and acts. No bond has been set at this time. See also (2 arrested Wednesday on child molestation charges)
Paul Richard Vannus, age 57, of Cedartown, Ga., was re-arrested by Polk County Sheriff’s deputies due to a $1100.00 property bond drop on an original charge of simple assault under the Family Violence Act (FVA) Vannus will have to bond out again on the $1100.00 property bond. See also (06/02/2011)
