The annual Farm Fest in Yorkshire takes place this Saturday, September 3rd, 2011 at Kremer farm! Brought to you by 2nd Street Market vendors and farmers Dan and Nancy Kremer of E.A.T. Food for Life, Farm Fest is fun for everyone in the family and is a great way to learn more about where your food comes from.
Farm and dairy tours, a potluck supper, and the movie “Farmageddon” are highlights of the event. Explore how your food is produced, bring your favorite potluck dish (grilled meats available for sale, tableware provided), and enjoy a movie in the Barn Theater! Tickets are $5 in advance (from E.A.T. Food for Life at 2nd St Market) or $8 at the door. Kids under 6 are free!
