Victoria Beckham, who usually runs 4-5 miles a day to maintain her size-zero physique, is back to her lithe pre-pregnancy shape a mere six weeks after giving birth to her fourth child.
The 5’4″ Beckham, who delivered daughter Seven Harper via C-section on July 10, 2011, appears to have lost all the pregnancy weight, judging from a paparazzi photo snapped Aug. 20 in Hollywood.
Victoria, who’s set to unveil her 2012 dress collection at New York Fashion Week Sept. 11, wore a body-hugging mini-dress that showed off her slender legs and a black cardigan that accentuated her tiny waist. The former Spice Girl turned fashion designer wore flat shoes and giant dark sunglasses.
Beckham is reportedly suffering from a slipped disc in her back due to her constant wearing of high heels. While slipped discs are common among pregnant women, Victoria exacerbated the situation by wearing towering five-inch heels while pregnant.
“She has had an X-ray which showed she has slipped a disc in her lower back,” a source told the UK Sun. “Victoria is in a lot of pain and even struggling to hold Harper. When she goes to breastfeed, David has to basically prop up the baby.”
Fashion designer Victoria, who had successful pop-star career as a Spice Girl, couldn’t be more overwhelmed or thrilled juggling her happy home life with her hectic work schedule.
“As any working mum out there knows, it really is like juggling glass balls when you’ve got the kids and a husband to look after, and you’re passionate about your career,” says Victoria. “But I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’m blessed.”
The Beckhams have been married since 1999 and have three sons: Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, 9, and Cruz, 6. David is in the final season of his five-year contract with the L.A. Galaxy.
