One of the last remaining players for the second season of “Game of Thrones” has finally been cast, and it’s someone who is certainly going to play a rather interesting role with Jon Snow — Craster. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Welsh actor Robert Pugh has been brought on board to play the coveted role.
For those unfamiliar with the book series, Craster is a valuable ally to the Night’s Watch outside the Wall, but he also has a number of other secrets — and those extend beyond just the 19 wives that he keeps. As we already know, one of these women who is being held captive is Hannah Murray’s character of Gilly.
The second season of “Thrones” is currently being shot in Northern Ireland, and will premiere on HBO next year. Some of the other casting thus far include Gwendoline Christie as Brienne, and Roy Rotrice as Hallyne.
What do you think about some of these moves?
